Job Description

TELEMARKETER

Typical activities

  • Outbound (and possibly inbound call handling) calling on behalf of our existing clients, within the construction industry, built environment and industrial sectors.
  • Achieving minimum standards against the KPI’s required for the client’s campaigns.
  • Managing and maintaining an effective sales pipeline.
  • Using various CRM systems typical with outbound calling activities.
  • Using standard Microsoft application – Outlook, Word, Excel etc.
  • Skills Required And Expectations Of Successful Candidates.
  • Excellent communication skills: Within the role you will be provided with full and extensive training that you will require you to understand the ‘Sales process’ which includes building rapport, overcoming objections, and closing opportunities.
  • An excellent telephone manner, polite and courteous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Good relationship building and consultative sales skills.
  • Outgoing and friendly.
  • Positive and can-do attitude.
  • IT literate.

Work from home set up (own laptop, stable internet & UPS or Inverter or Generator)
