We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a dynamic B2B agency specializing in employer benefits. The role is crucial for managing client relationships throughout the sales cycle.

The ideal candidate should have CRM experience, be comfortable in client-facing situations, including calls with the CEO, have very good written communication skills, and have a strong background in B2B environments.

Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM – 5 PM CST

Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM Management: Efficiently use CRM systems to send reminders, take notes on calls, and manage client follow-ups, with expected deliverables (sales collateral and proposals).
  • Client Relations: Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the sales cycle.
  • Professional Client Interaction: Engage professionally on calls with clients and the CEO.
  • Communication Skills: Fluent in both spoken and written English, capable of communicating effectively in a B2B context.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the progress of sales leads from initial contact through to close.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of work.
  • Automation Experience: Utilizing automation tools to streamline sales processes is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Proven CRM expertise, with experience in managing client relationships.
  • Strong background in B2B sales, preferably in a client-facing role.
  • Professional demeanor with excellent spoken and written English skills.
  • Familiarity with sales automation tools is advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
