Job Overview:
We are a US based company that does appraisal work in Hawaii.
Hours are Monday through Friday 6PM to 1AM South Africa Time.
The hours are firmly set, as they are the hours which clients and governments in the US will be open.
Join our team as an Appraisal Research Assistant, where your primary role will be to engage in detailed research through friendly and professional phone interactions. Key Responsibilities:
Engaging Phone Communication:
Be the warm voice of our company, making regular calls to government agencies, real estate agents, and property owners.
Establish a rapport with each contact, ensuring a pleasant and productive conversation.
Detailed Information Gathering:
Diligently collect and verify essential data over the phone, focusing on property transaction details, zoning regulations, and utilities.
Maintain a gentle yet focused approach to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
Building Relationships:
Use your naturally friendly demeanor to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and external contacts.
Provide a reassuring presence to clients, addressing their inquiries with a calm and informative approach.
Data Management and Reporting:
Carefully input verified data into our system, paying attention to detail and accuracy.
Assist in crafting comprehensive appraisal reports, contributing your findings in a clear and organized manner.
Qualifications:
a degree in a relevant field is a plus. (Finance, Real Estate, Marketing, etc.)
Experience in a role requiring extensive phone communication is highly desired.
Innate ability to converse comfortably and warmly with a diverse range of individuals.
Basic computer operations and data entry is a must.
Exceptional organizational skills and a methodical approach to tasks.
Work Environment:
This role is entirely remote, You will need a dedicated space in which it will be quiet at all times for making phone calls.
Salary: R95 per hour
