Paralegal with a talent for Customer Support (LegalTech)

Startupz is seeking a talented Paralegal with a passion for customer service to excel in this dynamic and multi-faceted position.

Key Responsibilities for this position:

1. Legal Drafting/Review:

  • Draft legal language and agreements to meet customer requirements.
  • Prepare necessary documents for review by your manager before sharing them with clients.

2. Customer Service:

  • Provide prompt and accurate responses to user and lead inquiries regarding our services and Codekeeper account management.
  •  Ensure excellent customer experience by addressing requests efficiently.

3. Tech Setup Support:

  • Assist customers in setting up connections between their source code management platforms.
  • Administer and ensure proper functioning of technical setups on our end.

4. Sales Support:

  • Collaborate with leads, answering their questions and guiding them through our service offerings via email and website chat.

5. Report Drafting:

  • Prepare reports based on information provided by customers.

About You:

We are seeking a motivated individual ready to embrace this challenge. While extensive legal or technical experience is not expected, familiarity with LegalTech concepts is crucial for success in this role.

  • Attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
  • Excellent written English communication skills (comparable to a native speaker).
  • Proficiency in modern web tools like Google Docs or similar platforms.
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable adapting and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:

  • Prior experience in a customer success or similar role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in drafting legal documents.
  • Exposure to working with diverse companies of varying sizes and industries.
