The Purpose of your role

We’re looking for a Mid-Level Content Writer to join our team. This is a remote, full-time position for a leading UK Cloud Solution Provider that requires someone with at least 2 years of writing experience, showcases strong writing capabilities, and can deliver multiple pieces of long-format content weekly. We are looking for a hard-working, focused individual to join our team in Content Marketing. You will be responsible for the creation, editing, and delivery of multiple pieces of content to be used across different platforms.

You will work closely with the Marketing Team as well as stakeholders within the business to effectively create content that resonates with our customers and delivers our brand message. An individual with a passion for technology and exposure to a B2B environment would be preferred – you will be creating content daily that resonates with IT leaders in the UK and touches on current trends in the technological business landscape

Key Responsibilities

  • Written Content Planning, Creation, Editing & Management
  • The main purpose of this role is to create engaging customer-facing content.
  • The right candidate needs to be a writer at heart – a creative with a strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude who is passionate about digital content. Someone with initiative and drive, a person who likes researching and understanding topics as well as explaining and unpacking these topics for others to understand.
  • Deliverable examples: blog posts, white papers, landing pages, newsletter content, website content etc.
  • Video content and multi-media content are a plus if candidate has the ability.

Requirements for the role

  • English as a first language (essential)
  • Excellent writing skills and impeccable grammar (essential)
  • Minimum two years in a content writing position (essential)
  • Good organizational skills (essential)
  • A good eye for detail (essential)
  • A good sense of responsibility and ownership
  • Knowledge of SEO optimization and ethical use of AI tools
  • A self-starter attitude with a diverse array of interests and a thirst for knowledge
  • A creative spark with a proven ability to think outside of the box
  • Additional content creation skills are a bonus (video creation, etc)
