  • Payment processing
  • Account reconciliation
  • Answering the multi-line phone system
  • Help CEO deal with various issues as they come up
Job requirements:

  • Strong computer skills

Looking for someone to help with sales, bookkeeping, operations and putting out fires. This is a “jack of all trades” position, and you’ll be working in all areas of the business helping with whatever needs to be done. You’ll be working directly with the CEO to help build new business systems, launch a new website, and fix whatever issues come up during the day. This is a remote position so you will need to have your own computer and good internet access so that you can zoom with the team throughout the day.
