This role is crucial for developing effective websites and visual content that helps mission-driven organizations achieve their goals. The position requires someone who can combine strong web design skills with graphic design capabilities while maintaining high creative standards and supporting business development initiatives.

The Impact you’ll make

Website Design & Development

• • Create and maintain websites using Wix and Squarespace

• • Implement responsive design principles

• • Translate client requirements into creative web solutions

• • Ensure consistent branding across web platforms

Graphic Design & Visual Content

• • Create digital assets using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite

• • Design marketing materials and branding elements

• • Develop visual content for social media

• • Follow and maintain brand guidelines

Marketing & Business Development

• • Create and manage email marketing campaigns via Mailchimp

• • Generate and analyze social media channel reports

• • Identify and pursue new client opportunities

• • Conduct business development outreach

• • Lead generation and follow-up management

• • Track outreach campaign performance

Analysis & Reporting

• • Prepare professional reports and presentations

• • Analyze social media metrics and create reports

• • Format data into visually appealing documents

• • Generate business development insights

Administrative Support

• • Manage email and calendar efficiently

• • Conduct research and data entry

• • Support client communications

• • Handle multiple project timelines

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required:

• • Minimum 3 years of web design experience with Wix and/or Squarespace

• • Proven graphic design skills with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite

• • Demonstrated track record in business development and lead generation

• • Experience with email marketing platforms, particularly Mailchimp

• • Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot) and project management platforms

• • Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Suite

• • Experience in creating professional reports and analyses

• • Social media management experience

• • Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal)

• • WFH Set-Up:
    • • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
    • • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
    • • Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
    • • Back-up computer and internet connection
    • • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

Work Setup:

• • Remote position

• • Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

• • Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system

Working Hours:

• • Monday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM MST (Mountain Standard Time)

• • 40 hours a week

Compensation:

• • $7 per hour
