Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy Virtual Executive Assistant to support the daily operations of a growing catering and supermarket business. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, fast-paced, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities while providing timely updates.
This role involves handling communications, organizing documents, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The position requires someone who can follow instructions, problem-solve, and proactively manage tasks with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to emails and WhatsApp messages promptly.
- Prepare and update documents using Google Docs and Google Sheets.
- Create event proposals and modify existing menus as needed.
- Organize and maintain catering equipment lists for upcoming events.
- Communicate with clients via email to confirm bookings, deposits, and event details.
- Track orders and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Work closely with the business owner to execute instructions efficiently.
Requirements:
Tech-Savvy Proficient in Google Docs, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and email.
Highly Organized Able to manage multiple tasks and provide consistent updates.
Strong Communication Skills Excellent written English for professional correspondence.
Fast Learner Willing to learn catering and event-related terminology.
Problem-Solver Able to anticipate needs and take initiative.
