Job Overview
As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a critical role in enhancing efficiency by managing essential tasks, optimizing workflows, and supporting business growth. This role requires strategic thinking, strong organizational skills, and the ability to take initiative.
Key Responsibilities1. Talent Sourcing & Candidate Management
- Identify and source potential candidates.
- Import and manage talent through LinkedIn automation tools for outreach.
2. Inbox & Communication Management
- Manage the CEO’s LinkedIn inbox, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Utilize your own LinkedIn account to maximize outreach efforts.
- Maintain professional communication with clients, candidates, and partners.
3. Business Development Support
- Identify opportunities to offload tasks from the CEO, enabling business growth.
- Improve outreach strategies to enhance business development numbers.
4. Operational & Administrative Support
- Organize meetings, take structured notes, and extract action points.
- Maintain CRM updates and ensure data accuracy.
- Handle scheduling, document management, and report preparation.
5. Time Optimization
- Free up the CEO’s time to focus on high-impact activities such as strategic decision-making, client relationships, and closing deals.
