Job Overview: As a Virtual Assistant specializing in LinkedIn talent sourcing, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and screening potential candidates for job openings using LinkedIn’s recruiting tools. Your role will be critical in helping the hiring team streamline the talent acquisition process, ensuring high-quality candidates are sourced efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct LinkedIn searches to identify potential candidates based on specific job requirements and criteria.
  • Use LinkedIn Recruiter and other available tools to generate lists of qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Screen and evaluate candidate profiles to ensure they meet the job specifications.
  • Reach out to passive candidates via LinkedIn messages, personalized emails, and connection requests.
  • Manage and track candidate communication, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create targeted sourcing strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities.
  • Assist in organizing and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Stay updated on LinkedIn best practices and recruitment trends to continuously improve sourcing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and LinkedIn
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools and software quickly.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Nice to have Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Experience in working remotely with global teams.
  • Previous experience with tools like Boolean search or sourcing automation tools.
