Responsibilities

• Develop and design email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotions, product launches, etc.).
• Research and implement best practices from brands like Smoke Cartel and Smyle Labs.
• Write compelling, conversion-focused copy and subject lines.
• Create visually appealing email templates with a modern and clean aesthetic.
• Set up automated email sequences to engage customers.
• Analyze email performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements

• Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar).
• Strong copywriting and design skills.
• Familiarity with the cannabis and smoking accessories industry.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of email compliance and deliverability best practices.
