Marketing & Event Engagement Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Event Engagement Executive to drive delegate acquisition and engagement for our events. This role involves executing targeted marketing campaigns, managing audience outreach, and ensuring high event attendance through strategic communication. The ideal candidate will have experience in CRM systems, event management, and multi-channel marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use Zoho CRM to track and manage delegate interactions, ensuring seamless communication and follow-ups.
• Contact delegates to confirm attendance using WhatsApp for Business, phone calls, emails, and social media outreach.
• Manage audience engagement by building relationships and ensuring high participation rates.
• Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials and communication channels.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
• Support telemarketing efforts to drive event registrations and audience acquisition.

Skills & Experience:

• Experience in marketing, communications, event management, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM or similar CRM platforms for managing delegate interactions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage delegates professionally.
• Proficiency in using WhatsApp for Business, social media, phone, and email marketing to drive event participation.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Previous experience in telemarketing, audience acquisition, or customer engagement is highly desirable.
• This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys interacting with people to create impactful marketing campaigns and events.
