Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Telemarketer to join our sales team. This
role involves cold calling potential clients, nurturing leads, closing deals to expand
our clientele, and understanding the pricing model of our services. The successful
candidate will be instrumental in driving our business growth by effectively promoting
our photography and videography services.
Responsibilities:
– Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to introduce our services,
focusing on the unique needs of the photography and videography market.
– Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to enhance client
retention and referral business.
– Identify client needs and recommend appropriate service packages.
– Understand and articulate the pricing models of our services, including factors like
service types, package offerings, and additional services for Fashion
– Keep records of all interactions with prospects using our CRM system, ensuring all
communications are logged and information is accurate.
– Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
– Provide feedback to the management on customer interactions and market trends
to aid in developing marketing strategies.
– Participate in team meetings and sales training sessions.
Requirements
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a telemarketer, sales representative in the media industry
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage
effectively over the phone.
– Strong listening and presentation abilities.
– Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
– Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
– Background in photography and videography is a plus but not required.
