Role Purpose: As a Telemarketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in database cleansing by contacting businesses, verifying information, and qualifying leads based on specific criteria. This role focuses on data accuracy and efficiency, without direct sales responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to verify and update business contact information in our database.
Data Verification: Ensure the accuracy of existing business data, including contact names, phone numbers, email addresses, and other relevant details.
Qualification Criteria: Use predefined criteria to qualify businesses relevant to our target audience.
Data Entry: Accurately enter and update information in our CRM or database system.
Documentation: Maintain detailed and organized records of interactions and updates made during the database cleansing process.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain professional relationships with contacts to ensure the collection of accurate and up-to-date information.
Communication of Changes: Inform relevant teams about any changes or updates to the database.
Feedback Loop: Provide feedback on data trends, common issues, and potential improvements to enhance the overall quality of the database.
