Position Title: Sourcing Operations Manager

Working Hours:  8AM-5PM EST

Salary Range :   $1500-$2500 (the final salary will be determined by the candidate’s level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

Role Overview

We are recruiting a Sourcing Operations Manager to assist with executing our proprietary outreach to business owners.

What does the role entail? You will be involved with industry research, contact list building, data management, and email outreach. You will work with one of our business development associates to determine new industries to pursue and execute all of the downstream efforts associated with reaching out to business owners and scheduling discovery meetings. Additionally, you will assist in CRM/database projects to refine and streamline accountability and tracking for industry sourcing. You will monitor and analyze the sourcing metrics of the firm.

Who are we looking for? The ideal candidate is eager to learn, hard-working, and highly organized. They should have previous experience with list building and mass email outreach via tools such as Reply.io, Outreach, Lemlist, Woodpecker, Salesloft, etc. In addition to executing our outreach campaigns, we expect this role to also manage the outreach email inboxes, correspond and coordinate with VIPs/business owners, and other high-level executives.

  • Contact Databases: ZoomInfo, Outreach, Grata, Inven, ZeroBounce
  • CRM: Hubspot, Salesforce, Apollo, RocketReach
  • Other: Google Drive, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ChatGPT/GenAI Tools, Upwork

Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a high-volume sales, marketing, or recruiting role
  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to work well in an unstructured environment
  • Bonus points for passion and interest in small business and/or private equity
  • High degree of integrity
  • Dedicated work ethic and commitment to enhancing the team
  • Outstanding organization, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated track record of success and accountability
