We are a growing virtual assistance agency looking for a proactive, friendly, and energetic individual to add to our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall social media strategy that enables our clients to grow their presence in the online space. There is room to grow in the virtual assistance space if you are open-minded, willing to learn, and passionate about fostering long-lasting relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning, creating, and publishing various content types on various platforms: YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook, to name a few.
  • Researching and staying up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and processes.
  • Community management: relaying feedback and responding to comments.
  • Running of competitions.
  • Using measurement tools to provide reports on metrics, and recommend ways to improve those metrics.
  • Reporting to clients and keeping them up to date with strategies and content.

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in communications, marketing, or brand management.
  • Some experience with social platforms.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong command of the English language and good written communication skills.
  • Should be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative thinker, with the ability to use both data and intuition to make decisions.
  • Proactive with a sense of urgency and strong attention to detail.
  • Must be open to taking on a virtual assistant role.
