Social Media and Community Manager

Your Job
As a Social Media & Community Manager, you’ll play a key role in growing and engaging our online audience. You’ll take ownership of our social media presence, developing strategies to expand our reach, build brand awareness, and foster a thriving community. With the support of our video production and graphic design team, you’ll create and repurpose content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute social media strategies to grow our audience and engagement.
- Manage and optimize our presence on Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Create compelling content (with the support of our production and design team) that aligns with our brand and resonates with our audience.
- Repurpose content from existing assets (e.g., podcast clips, blog posts, interviews) for various platforms.
- Build and engage with our community, responding to comments, messages, and fostering discussions.
- Analyze performance metrics and continuously refine strategies to improve growth and engagement.
- Research trends, competitors, and best practices to keep our social media presence ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with company goals.
What You Need
- 3-5 years of experience managing social media and a proven experience record of growing online communities.
- A proven track record of growing social media pages (case studies or examples required).
- Expertise in Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn—understanding algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- A creator mindset—comfortable ideating and executing engaging content.
- Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Strong communication skills and a knack for storytelling.
- Bonus: Experience working in the B2B or startup ecosystem.
- The flexibility to work aligned to PST business hours
