Whom we are looking for:

We are looking for an exceptional collaborative Social Media Analyst with at least 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze performance across all major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports with insights, trends, and recommendations.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness using KPIs such as engagement, reach, sentiment, CTR, and conversions.
• Identify trends, opportunities, and audience behavior to improve strategy and content effectiveness.
• Collaborate with social and content teams to optimize paid and organic campaigns.
• Track competitor activity and benchmark performance against industry standards.
• Create dashboards and automated reporting tools for internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in social media analytics, marketing analytics, or digital marketing.
• Proficient in analytics tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite Insights, Brandwatch, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or Twitter Analytics.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with Looker, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.
• Solid understanding of paid and organic social strategies and KPIs.
• Experience working with large datasets, data visualization, and presenting insights.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills—able to translate numbers into narratives.
