Propphy, a leading website design agency specializing in the real estate industry in Dubai.

Role Description

In this role, you will be responsible for performance and SEO on the sites in our portfolio in addition to crafting SEO strategies and budgets for our recurring clients.

You will be required to track performance of the website for both conversion rates using Google Analytics and Goal Tracking as well as SEO performance metrics using our in house tools.

Who we are looking for:

  • Experience in website optimization, SEO, website performance, and analytics
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and current search engine algorithms.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar SEO software.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • A self-leader who is adept at managing your capacity + prioritizing your work.
  • But also (and very importantly) someone who is highly communicative + keeps the team up to date on the work you’re doing, that affects their work
  • 3+ years of Technical SEO experience
  • Experience improving site security + making Web/SEO optimizations
  • Strong knowledge of coding languages including HTML/HTML5, PHP, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, + AJAX

What you’ll be doing:

  • Conduct regular site crawls + analyze issues to identify areas for improvement in our design + development processes, inline with current SEO best practices
  • Implement security best practices on all client sites
  • Conduct weekly site checks + optimizations on client websites
  • Take ownership of receiving + resolving incoming client tickets
  • Be the first point of contact for client website crashes/issues
  • Make optimizations
  • Conducting comprehensive SEO audits to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Keyword research and management to target high-impact search terms.
  • Monitoring and reporting on website performance and key SEO metrics.
  • Collaborating with content creators to optimize website content.
  • Staying up-to-date with SEO trends, search engine algorithms, and industry best practices.
  • Client communication and bi-weekly calls to interface with any and all client queries.
  • Delegation of tasks in line with the SEO strategy outlined.
  • Managing our team and creating effective SEO strategy SOP’s and budgets per project.
