Who We’re Looking For

A self-motivated UI/UX Designer who’s not just pushing pixels — but leading with logic, speed, consistency, and flawless design thinking. You’ll work closely with our founders, developers, and marketing team to deliver beautiful, functional design across web and mobile.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full product design lifecycle — from wireframes to high-fidelity Figma designs

• Create and manage scalable Figma design systems and components

• Collaborate with developers to ensure clean handoffs and pixel-perfect execution

• Lead your own UX decisions and market research — benchmark against the best

• Design for consistency across web and mobile platforms

• Build user journeys, onboarding flows, and intuitive UI that drives conversion

• Spot and fix UX bottlenecks, poor flows, and outdated visuals

Must-Have Skills

• 3–5 years of product/UI/UX experience in SaaS, healthcare, or e-commerce

• Expert in Figma (Auto-layout, Variants, Design Tokens, Prototyping)

• Strong understanding of UX heuristics and mobile-first design

• Portfolio that shows clean, modern UI, design systems, and web/app experience

• Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality

• Strong English and ability to communicate directly with developers and leadership

• Proactive mindset – you do your own research and propose improvements

Bonus (But Not Required)

• Experience in aesthetics, healthtech, or booking platforms

• Experience working with React developers

• Motion design or animation knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R27 524,01 per month
