Key Responsibilities
- Advanced Lead Generation: Develop and execute sophisticated prospecting strategies through cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and data-driven insights.
- Pipeline Optimization: Manage and refine a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and performance tracking.
- Strategic Outreach: Engage with key decision-makers, tailor messaging for complex B2B environments, and secure high-impact meetings for the sales team.
- Mentorship & Collaboration: Provide guidance to junior SDRs and collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to optimize outreach tactics and share market intelligence.
- Performance Analysis: Leverage data and analytics to assess campaign effectiveness and drive continuous improvements in sales processes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of SDR experience in a venture-funded startup environment within the B2B SaaS space.
- Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and managing a high-volume pipeline.
- Expertise with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to strategy refinement.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage senior-level decision-makers.
