Compensation: $2,500/month USD

Job DescriptionOverview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Success Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Customer Success Manager to ensure our clients receive the highest level of service and support. You will be responsible for managing internal workflows, data input, preparing content for client meetings, and assisting with various projects. This is a full-time, remote position, operating during North American business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management:
  • Input and manage customer data accurately in our CRM system.
  • Maintain and update client records to ensure information is current and reliable.
  • Content Preparation:
  • Assist in creating and organizing content for client meetings.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials to support client interactions.
  • Client Interaction:
  • Support the Customer Success Manager in managing client communications.
  • Address client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
  • Project Assistance:
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager on various projects aimed at improving client satisfaction and engagement.
  • Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Internal Coordination:
  • Liaise with other departments to streamline processes and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Assist in developing and documenting internal procedures and best practices.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Perform general administrative tasks as needed to support the Customer Success team.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, both internally and with clients.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer support or administrative role is highly desirable.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

Requirements:

  • Availability to work full-time during North American business hours.
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
