Experience

  • 3+ Previous experience in Account Management
  • Excellent English Speaking / Writing
  • 3+ Years experience working with Digital Agencies
  • SEO Background/Experience

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and translated into actionable SEO strategies, while maintaining long-term client relationships and satisfaction.

Project Coordination: Oversee the development, implementation, and management of SEO campaigns, coordinating with internal teams (content, technical SEO, and analytics) to ensure timely and successful delivery of services.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Regularly analyze SEO performance metrics (e.g., traffic, rankings, conversions) and create detailed reports to present insights, campaign progress, and recommendations to clients.

Upselling & Business Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling additional services, new campaigns, or cross-department collaboration, while supporting the agency’s overall business development goals.

Industry Expertise & Client Education: Stay updated on SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices, and proactively educate clients on how these impact their business and how the agency’s strategies will adapt to meet their goals.
