FullFunnelis a US-based sales and marketing outsourcing and advisory services company experiencing substantial growth both in North America and internationally.
Our SDRs – Sales Development Representatives – are intellectually curious and results-driven professionals looking to jumpstart their careers. We are currently seeking to expand our sales development team based in South Africa.
As an SDR, you will act as an extension of our clients’ sales teams, developing and executing business development strategies. You will be exposed to a diverse range of sales and marketing programs and business challenges from the outset, significantly broadening your professional perspective. At FullFunnel, our SDRs gain in one year the knowledge and experience that their counterparts at other organizations acquire in two to four years.
Essential Functions
- Collaborate with both the FullFunnel team and clients to develop and execute effective business development strategies.
- Conduct thorough research to understand target audiences and build and deploy impactful email, social media, and calling campaigns to reach and convert prospects.
- Proactively identify and qualify sales opportunities through cold calling, aligning with client goals and KPIs.
- Foster close collaboration with Account Directors and Operations teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality sales development services.
- Implement comprehensive prospecting campaigns utilizing a multi-channel approach, including tele-prospecting, email, and social media outreach.
- Partner with Sales Operations to contribute to sales enablement initiatives, refine target audience lists, and successfully deploy impactful campaigns.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a relevant sales development, business development, or account management role (US/UK preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, adapt to new strategies, and embrace emerging technologies.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and possess a strong motivation to succeed.
- Intellectual curiosity with a passion for continuous learning and development.
- Coachable, driven, and possess a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships.
- Proficiency in a CRM platform (Salesforce.com, HubSpot, or similar).
