Sales Team Manager/Call Centre Manager Location: Fully Remote

About the Role:
As the Sales Team Manager, you will oversee a team of skilled remote sales agents responsible for converting leads into paid appointments for med spa and aesthetic clinic clients. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing team performance, ensuring high conversion rates, and delivering exceptional results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of remote sales agents.
- Motivate and support the team to meet and exceed KPIs and targets.
- Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Sales Strategy & Optimization:
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize lead conversion and revenue.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and improve processes.
- Leverage industry knowledge to refine sales scripts and objection-handling techniques.
- Client Success:
- Collaborate closely with marketing teams to align lead generation with sales strategies.
- Ensure the team delivers a seamless and professional experience for potential clients.
- Monitor feedback and address client-specific needs.
- Operations & Reporting:
- Manage schedules and workflows to ensure optimal productivity.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and communicate results to leadership.
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality standards.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in sales management, ideally in remote environments.
- Proven track record of managing high-performing sales teams.
- Experience in the aesthetics or med spa industry is a significant bonus.
- Skills:
- Expertise in telesales and lead conversion strategies.
- Strong understanding of customer engagement and sales psychology.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., GHL, SalesForce) and data analytics tools.
- Leadership:
- Ability to inspire and drive a remote team to achieve exceptional results.
- Skilled in conflict resolution, decision-making, and team building.
- Communication:
- Fluent in written and spoken English with excellent interpersonal skills.
