As our Sales Specialist, you’ll own the entire sales process, supercharging the systems our founder established and delivering an extraordinary client experience. Your mission? Convert red-hot inquiries into committed clients by building genuine relationships, diving deep into their needs, and showing how AcquiMatch can turn their business acquisition dreams into reality. You’ll be at the forefront of our rapid expansion, helping busy professionals transform into successful business owners.

  • Location: Remote with US Central Time working hours
  • Job Type: Contract. Starting part-time at 10-15 hours per week, with the opportunity to quickly transition to full-time based on performance and ability to independently manage tasks.

WHAT YOU’LL BE ACHIEVING

  • Manage Client Inquiries: Handle incoming client inquiries by reviewing detailed forms, ensuring they meet our ideal client criteria, and taking appropriate follow-up actions.
  • Conduct Intro Calls: Schedule and conduct introductory calls to understand the client’s goals, challenges, and assess their fit with AcquiMatch. (Minimum of 16 per month)
  • Lead Exploration Calls: Send follow-up emails and conduct in-depth exploration calls to discuss our white-glove services, address client concerns, and demonstrate how AcquiMatch can help them achieve their business acquisition goals. (Minimum of 12 per month)
  • Facilitate Service Agreements: Guide clients through the decision-making process, send service agreements for signature and payment, and ensure a smooth handover to the delivery team.
  • Ensure Client Onboarding: Schedule follow-up calls if needed, maintain continuous engagement, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients with the support of delivery
  • Maintain Detailed Records: Keep meticulous records of all client interactions and follow-ups in our CRM system (HubSpot).
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the operations team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to service delivery.
  • Refine Sales Processes: Continuously improve the sales process based on feedback and results to enhance client experience and achieve sales targets.
  • Pipeline Management: Regularly review and manage the sales pipeline, building relationships with clients and checking in to keep them moving through the process.
  • Consultative Selling: Act as a consultant to clients, ensuring we are vetting and selecting clients we can genuinely help to be successful.
  • Iterative Client Selection: Maintain constant contact with the delivery team to refine and iterate client selection, focusing on traits and clients we can help be successful.
  • Achieve Client Acquisition Goals: Successfully bring in at least 2 new clients per month, contributing to the rapid growth of AcquiMatch.
  • Quality Lead Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to ensure the quality of incoming leads, providing feedback to refine marketing strategies and campaigns.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • High-Ticket Sales Expertise: Extensive experience in high-ticket sales, particularly with C-Suite and VIP clients, showcasing a stellar track record with 5 and 6-figure deals.
  • Sales Process Management: Proven ability to manage and refine the entire sales process from lead generation to client onboarding, ensuring a seamless and effective experience.
  • Consultative Selling: Strong background in consultative selling, with the ability to understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and build long-term relationships.
  • CRM Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) to manage and track leads and client interactions, maintaining meticulous records.
  • Pipeline Management: Demonstrated ability to manage and review a sales pipeline, keeping clients engaged and moving through the process efficiently.
  • Client Relationship Building: Exceptional skills in building and maintaining relationships with high-value clients, demonstrating high emotional intelligence (EQ).
  • Team Collaboration: Experience working closely with operations and delivery teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to service delivery.
  • Continuous Improvement: A history of continuously refining and improving sales processes based on feedback and results to enhance client experience and achieve targets.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the SMB ETA (Entrepreneurship through Acquisition) space, M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions), or related fields is highly desirable.
  • Consultant Experience: Previous experience acting as a consultant, ensuring clients are well-vetted and align with the company’s capabilities to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Achieving Targets: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Remote Independent Work: Ability to work independently, remotely, and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Virtual Communication Proficiency: You’re adept with modern communication platforms, including Telegram for team collaboration, Signal for secure client communications, and Zoom for video conferencing. Familiarity and comfort, or willingness to independently and quickly learn these tools are essential for effective remote teamwork and client interaction.

IDEAL TECH EXPERIENCE

  • Proficient in CRM management, ideally HubSpot. (Intermediate)
  • Familiar with Notion for collaborative work and documentation. (Basic)
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Gmail) for daily tasks and communication. (Intermediate)
  • High-speed internet and a reliable computer for seamless Zoom meetings and efficient remote work.

Step 3: Candidates who stand out in the interview will be given a sample project relevant to the role. This project is designed to assess your practical skills and your approach to real-world scenarios you’d encounter in the role. The sample project will be a small task that shouldn’t take more than a few hours to complete and will give us insight into your problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in the skills necessary for the job.

Step 4: Upon successful completion and review of the sample project, selected candidates will be invited for a final interview discussion to talk about expectations, and fit within the team and company culture.
