Sales Enablement Manager

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to
empower our sales team with the tools, training, and insights they need to drive revenue
growth. This role is crucial in streamlining processes, enhancing lead qualification, and
leveraging technology to optimize sales efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage sales enablement strategies using HubSpot CRM to improve
sales efficiency and pipeline visibility.
• Utilize Apollo and/or ZoomInfo for lead intelligence, data enrichment, and
targeted prospecting.
• Implement AI-driven tools for lead scoring, sales automation, and customer
insights to optimize conversion rates.
• Train and coach sales teams on best practices in CRM utilization, prospecting tools,
and AI-driven automation.
• Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation efforts with sales objectives,
ensuring high-quality lead flow.
• Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Continuously refine sales workflows to eliminate inefficiencies and improve the
customer journey.
Qualifications & Skills:
• 3-5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related role.
• Expert-level proficiency in HubSpot CRM (non-negotiable requirement).
• Experience with Apollo and/or ZoomInfo for lead sourcing and sales intelligence.
• Familiarity with AI-driven sales tools, automation platforms, and data analytics.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from sales
data.
• Excellent communication and training skills to support sales team development.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations teams to
drive business growth.
