Job Title: Sales Executive – Property Investment Specialist
Salary:R25,000 per month.
Fully remote , South Africa based UK hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm (fully remote).

Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive with experience in property investment to join our team. This role focuses on generating leads, engaging property investors, and converting qualified opportunities into deals. The ideal candidate excels at outbound sales, building rapport, and driving results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make 50-60 outbound calls daily to engage property investors, qualify leads, and set appointments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships to identify and understand client requirements.
• Deliver compelling elevator pitches to generate interest and pre-qualify prospects.
• Use LinkedIn and WhatsApp to follow up, re-engage, and nurture leads.
• Accurately track all client interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with senior team members to close qualified leads and hit sales targets.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience, ideally in property investment or a similar field.
• Strong phone communication skills with a proven ability to build rapport and qualify leads.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp for outreach.
• Reliable internet connection and your own laptop/PC.
