Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Executive. As a Sales Executive, your day-to-day tasks will involve promoting our Sell House Fast, Property Auction and Express Sale Services to potential UK clients. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting property valuations, negotiating offers, and facilitating the sale process. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential in this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Experience in the property or real estate industry
  • Knowledge of the UK property market
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Customer-focused with strong relationship-building abilities
  • Driven and self-motivated
  • Proficient in using CRM software
  • Experience in property valuations is a plus
  • A relevant degree or certification is beneficial
