Vibra Media is a fast growing Link Building Agency. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in building and leading successful sales teams, implementing effective lead generation systems, and managing key client accounts. Experience in a digital agency is a must for this role.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Pipeline Management:

  • Develop and implement a robust lead generation system to consistently feed the sales pipeline.
  • Monitor and optimise lead conversion rates through strategic sales initiatives.

Account Management:

  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to upsell and cross-sell additional products or services.

Sales Strategy Development:

  • Formulate and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine and improve sales approaches.

SEO Understanding:

  • Possess a solid understanding around link building and why it’s important for SEO. (IDEAL NOT essential)

Qualifications:

  • English – Native or Fluent is essential.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing lead generation systems and achieving revenue targets.
  • Good understanding of SEO (NOT ESSENTIAL)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship building.
  • Proactive problem-solving ability and a results-driven mindset.
