Role Description

We’re looking for an ambitious, results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our remote team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of driving our growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects to build a strong pipeline for our sales team.

What You Will Do:

  • Make 50+ outbound calls and send personalized emails daily to engage prospects and qualify leads.
  • Research accounts to uncover opportunities where Productside can add value and drive transformation.
  • Partner with Account Executives to create innovative outreach strategies and execute account-based marketing (ABM) tactics.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop targeted vertical campaigns.
  • Deliver detailed account analysis to support ABM efforts and sales strategy.
  • Exceed monthly goals for booking qualified meetings, generating new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in B2B sales, business or sales development. Experience with Services SaaS or is a plus!
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in sales and marketing software (HubSpot preferred).
  • Not afraid to cold call – this is how we book most of our meetings.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills – native or near-native English speaker.
  • Self-starter with excellent time management skills; thrives in a remote work environment.
  • Quick learner, with the ability to adapt to new processes, sales strategies, and industry knowledge.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing a clear pipeline and working effectively with the sales team for lead handoffs.
