Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings for the sales team. Your goal is to generate new business opportunities by engaging potential customers through outbound outreach, follow-ups, and strategic sales tactics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Outreach:
• Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social media to generate qualified leads.
• Research and identify potential customers based on ideal client profiles.
• Utilize CRM tools to track and manage outreach efforts.
• Lead Qualification:
• Engage with prospects to understand their needs and pain points.
• Qualify leads using established criteria before passing them to the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and update CRM accordingly.
• Collaboration & Strategy:
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
• Provide feedback on customer pain points and objections to improve messaging.
• Assist in developing outreach scripts, email templates, and sales playbooks.
• Follow-ups & Relationship Building:
• Nurture leads through consistent follow-ups and personalized communication.
• Build rapport with potential customers and educate them on the company’s offerings.
• Set up meetings or demos for the sales team with high-potential leads.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (preferred but not required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive, persuasive approach.
• Comfortable with cold calling and outreach activities.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From R8 500,00 per month
