We are looking to hire an Sales Development Rep (SDR) / Junior Consultant.

Pay: R30,000 – R50,000/month (Base + commission)

Location: Cape Town (Remote) | Work for a US company

Hours

• Monday-Friday: 2 PM – 11 PM SAST
• Saturdays & public holidays: Half day
• Sundays: Off

About the Role

• Join a fast-growing coaching business in Florida, USA, working in a structured outbound sales role.
• We handle all lead generation for you. Our system sends 50,000 – 100,000 emails per month on your behalf.
• Your job is to respond to replies, send Loom videos, and book calls for the Business Consultants.

Career Growth

• 3-6 months: Promotion to Senior Consultant (Basic salary increases by 25%)
• 1-2 years: Promotion to Business Consultant (OTE of R100,000 – R200,000/month)
