In this role, you will manage scheduling, handle new customer inquiries and sales, and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure our clients receive top-notch service. This is a remote role, offering the flexibility to work from home while playing a critical role in the success of our company.

What You’ll Be Doing (Your Mission)

– Convert incoming calls into paying customers – guide them through our services & booking process.

– Manage scheduling & customer inquiries – reschedule, confirm, and assist with appointments.

– Solve operational issues on the fly – keep things running smoothly.

– Outbound calls (20%) – pitch our services to realtors and property managers.

– Track key business numbers – submit daily reports on revenue, bookings, and performance.

– Full-time availability – Monday-Friday (weekends optional).

Shift & Pay

– Location: Fort Lauderdake

– Shift: 8am-5pm Eastern USA Time M-F

– Schedule: 5 days/week (weekends optional)

– Pay: $450+ (40 hours per week) to start + performance bonuses.

– Payments: Twice a month using Wise.
