Full job description
Neat Nest Cleaning Co., a growing cleaning company based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Virtual Assistant/Office Manager. In this role, you will manage scheduling, handle new customer inquiries and sales, and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure our clients receive top-notch service. This is a remote role, offering the flexibility to work from home while playing a critical role in the success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling & Coordination:
◦ Organize and maintain cleaning schedules for employees and clients.
◦ Coordinate staff assignments and ensure all cleaning appointments are covered.
◦ Communicate scheduling updates effectively to staff and customers.
- Customer Sales & Support:
◦ Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
◦ Provide service quotes, upsell additional services, and convert leads into loyal customers.
◦ Foster positive client relationships through exceptional communication and follow-up.
- Day-to-Day Operations Management:
◦ Manage administrative tasks such as invoicing, payment tracking, and record-keeping.
◦ Monitor employee performance and ensure compliance with company standards.
◦ Address operational issues promptly and professionally.
- Process Improvement:
◦ Identify opportunities to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
◦ Contribute to the development and improvement of company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Office Manager, or similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Sales experience or the ability to engage customers with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in scheduling software, CRM systems, and office tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools and systems quickly.
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the cleaning or service industry is a plus but not required.
