My client, a managed service provider in the USA, is seeking an experience sales administrator to join their remote team! The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of administration experience, in a technology or IT focused field, with a focus on learning and adapting to new and evolving technologies. Processing sales, coordinating new clients, and speaking with clients on a weekly basis will be part of the role, so good customer service skills, communication skills and attention to detail is imperative.
The main focus of the role is to provide effective sales administration to the sales team, ensure the company CRM system is kept up to date, process sales tender documents and contracts and speak to existing clients on the phone to onboard them into the weekly/monthly virtual IT conferences to review service updates and important infrastructure updates to their service plans.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 3 years administration experience
Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a sales admin/coordinator role or similar.
Previous experience in a tech or IT company is essential.
Previous experience using Connectwise or another project management/ticketing system would be a big advantage.
Certification in either admin, sales, or IT from further/vocational education.
Fast and accurate typing skills, to ensure quick and accurate entry of information into the system.
Previous experience with sales tenders, sales contracts is desirable.
Confident telephone manner, able and willing to engage with existing clients on the telephone to book them on to virtual conferences regarding important updates.
Confident in appointment booking, calendar management etc.
Able to learn new systems quickly.
Able to work as part of team.
Accustom to working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with the Sales Team:
Schedule appointments, meetings, and follow up calls
Prepare presentations and proposals
Attend any daily, weekly, and/or monthly meetings involving the sales team as
necessary
Maintain department reports, scoreboards and scorecards
Prepare customer “Thank You” cards and contribute to the Sales Team “Wow
Experience”
Utilize ConnectWise to update product information & maintain the Sales Ticket
Board
Utilize ConnectWise to update client/company information as necessary
Utilize Hubspot to assist with prospective client relationship management
The role offers 10 days per year of paid vacation time, with the opportunity for quarterly bonuses. In addition, the company provides the opportunity to learn, grow and develop within your role and expand your horizons with the company.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: R110,00 – R148,00 per hour
