Position Overview

We’re looking for a skilled and results-oriented SaaS Marketing Specialist with 3 to 8 years of experience to develop and execute impactful marketing strategies. You’ll be instrumental in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention for our SaaS products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and Implement Strategies: Design and execute marketing plans to generate leads, boost conversions, and improve customer retention.
  • Content Development: Collaborate to create compelling content aligned with the target audience’s needs.
  • Digital Campaigns: Manage and optimize campaigns across email, social media, search engines, and display platforms.
  • Market Research: Analyze trends, customer needs, and competition to guide marketing decisions.
  • Performance Analysis: Use analytics tools to track campaign performance and refine strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3 to 8 years in SaaS marketing, with a solid understanding of SaaS business models and metrics.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Skills

  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with AI-driven products or services.
  • Knowledge of SEO and PPC best practices.
  • Experience with CRM systems and customer segmentation.
