Job Overview

We are seeking a Revenue Manager to drive pricing strategies and leverage commercial data to maximize revenue. In this role, you will take ownership of key performance metrics, collaborate cross-functionally, and lead impactful projects that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily revenue performance across our property portfolio to optimize returns.
  • Analyze data to guide tactical pricing and revenue decisions.
  • Interpret large datasets, providing strategic insights and identifying opportunities for data-driven improvements.
  • Forecast client performance and conduct impact analysis for potential new partnerships.
  • Develop and implement tools and processes to enhance team efficiency.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Team to communicate performance insights.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to unlock new revenue opportunities.

About You

  • Proven experience in revenue management, pricing analysis, or a related role within the hospitality, travel, or real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of pricing and yield management principles.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to extract actionable insights from data.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Proficiency in revenue management systems such as PriceLabs, Beyond Pricing, or Duetto.
  • Passion for driving business impact in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Nice to Have (but not essential):

  • Experience in the short-term rental industry or tech industry.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Python.
