Remote Recruitment Consultant

Position: Recruitment Consultant
Location: Remote
Contract: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and place top healthcare professionals within NHS and private healthcare settings across the UK.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including client account management, candidate relationship building, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet placement targets and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Utilize Matrix, ID Medical, and Plus Us systems for candidate management and recruitment processes.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in UK healthcare recruitment.
  • Proficiency with recruitment systems including MatrixID Medical, and Plus Us.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and resolving recruitment challenges.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while contributing to a team-oriented culture.
