Salary: R25,000pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Candidate Communication & Scheduling: Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, schedule interviews, manage diaries, resolve conflicts, and ensure accurate updates in ATS and CRM systems.
  • Reference Checks & Verification: Conduct thorough reference checks, verify credentials, and report findings professionally.
  • Onboarding: Coordinate onboarding processes, ensure completion of documentation, and provide support to candidates for a smooth start.
  • Operational Support: Maintain recruitment records, prepare reports, and troubleshoot technical issues during virtual meetings.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 3+ years’ experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or admin roles.
  • Proven ability to conduct detailed reference checks.
  • Proficiency with ATS/CRM tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Salesforce) and virtual communication platforms.
  • Excellent organisational, time-management, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Access to a reliable laptop and stable internet connection.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience coordinating interviews or onboarding processes.
  • Knowledge of compliance in recruitment practices.
