Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Communication & Scheduling: Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, schedule interviews, manage diaries, resolve conflicts, and ensure accurate updates in ATS and CRM systems.
- Reference Checks & Verification: Conduct thorough reference checks, verify credentials, and report findings professionally.
- Onboarding: Coordinate onboarding processes, ensure completion of documentation, and provide support to candidates for a smooth start.
- Operational Support: Maintain recruitment records, prepare reports, and troubleshoot technical issues during virtual meetings.
Qualifications and Experience
- 3+ years’ experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or admin roles.
- Proven ability to conduct detailed reference checks.
- Proficiency with ATS/CRM tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Salesforce) and virtual communication platforms.
- Excellent organisational, time-management, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Access to a reliable laptop and stable internet connection.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience coordinating interviews or onboarding processes.
- Knowledge of compliance in recruitment practices.
