Job Overview

Title: Recruitment Administrator

Location: Remote

Schedule: Sunday-Thursday

Hours: 30-40 hours per week

Salary: R25,000-R35,000 per month

Education Level: Matric or higher

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact candidates in UK, EU, Israel, India, and South Africa via phone and email to discuss job openings.
  • Share job descriptions and details in a clear, engaging manner.
  • Handle confidential information of clients and candidates with professionalism.
  • Track candidate responses and maintain accurate records in our database/ATS.
  • Follow up with candidates to confirm application interest and availability.
  • Coordinate with recruiters to prioritise urgent or high-demand roles.
  • Maintain communication logs and provide status updates to the recruitment team.
  • Conduct outreach to new potential candidates.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.


Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written English.
  • Ability to understand diverse accents.
  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls/emails daily.
  • Stable, high-speed internet connection.
  • Ability to work within a global team remotely.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Organised, self-motivated, and tech-savvy.
  • Previous administrative experience helpful.
  • Good sense of humour – nice to have.
