Job Description

  • Develop recruitment goals and objectives.
  • Develop a sustainable recruiting strategy based on our goals and needs.
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
  • Determine the effectiveness and success of current recruiting plans and strategies.
  • Write and proofread job descriptions.
  • Recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
  • Build talent networks to find qualified active and passive candidates.
  • Use a multi-channel approach to recruit and evaluate which sources bring the best candidates.
  • Interview candidates following the company’s rules and regulations.
  • Prepare a report on a weekly basis for the tasks completed or in progress.

Functions & Duties

This position will also support recruitment efforts, requiring:

  • Knowledge of developing recruitment goals and objectives.
  • Expertise in sustainable recruiting strategies.
  • Ability to assess applicants’ knowledge, skills, and aptitudes.
  • Skills in evaluating the effectiveness of recruiting plans.
  • Experience in writing and proofreading job descriptions.
  • Ability to recommend new recruiting sources.
  • Skills in building talent networks.
  • Experience in using a multi-channel approach to recruiting.
  • Ability to interview candidates following company policies.
  • Skills in preparing weekly progress reports.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Must have 2+ years of experience as a Recruiter or similar HR role.
  • Must have the ability and willingness to learn about position requirements.
  • Must have a passion for HR and Talent Acquisition methods.
  • Must have the ability to scan large volumes of resumes.
  • Must have understanding and familiarity with Recruitment Marketing.
  • Must have professionalism, organization, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Must have great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must have hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, etc.).
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.

Workspace Requirement

  • Ability to perform remotely, while on live camera with office team.
  • Quality desktop or laptop, with a good microphone and video camera.
  • Reliable internet connection

Workdays: Monday – Friday

Time Range: 08:00 PST – 17:00 PST

Shift Duration: 8 hours

Compensation: Competitive compensation in USD (Rates aligned with the local market)
