Job Description

The Recruiter and Operations Coordinator is a key member of the FullFunnel organization, playing a crucial role in advancing internal operations with your main focus on recruiting. This dynamic position involves various operational functions, including People Operations, Learning & Development, Human Resources, IT, and Compliance. By collaborating with Managing Directors and other functional managers, the Coordinator will ensure a cohesive experience for all employees while planning and executing company-wide culture and employee engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Recruiting:

  • Talent Acquisition: Source, attract, and hire top-tier sales and marketing professionals through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate suitability for the role and cultural fit.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective strategies to meet those needs.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout recruitment by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback.
  • Employer Branding: Promote the company’s employer brand through various channels to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive practices to identify new opportunities for attracting talent.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Implement and promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process.

People Operations

  • Recruiting and Onboarding: Oversee and enhance the recruiting and onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
  • Axomo Administration: Administer the Axomo platform to support employee engagement initiatives.
  • Team Building/Culture Events: Plan and execute team-building activities and culture events to foster a positive work environment.

Human Resources

  • HR Liaison: Liaise with HCM Unlocked for US HR matters.
  • Contractor HR Management: Manage contractor HR processes through Deel.
  • Tech Stack Administration: Administer and maintain key technology platforms including Google Workspace, Lattice, Slack, Kantata, and Guru.
  • Data Administration: Assist with data compliance and management to ensure adherence to relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in recruitment, human resources, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
