About the Role

An expanding telemedicine practice requires a dedicated Project Manager to assist with expansion-related duties and ensure seamless collaboration across departments. This job requires guiding teams on the way ahead, resolving queries and bottlenecks, and documenting milestones for operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Document tasks, targets, and milestones for each department in detail.
• Train staff on proper methods for documenting tasks, targets, and milestones.
• Ensure staff completes tasks on time and maintains appropriate documentation.
• Lead and coordinate meetings to address overdue tasks and develop resolutions.
• Collaborate with teams to set reasonable timelines for tasks and ensure fair workload distribution.
• Identify bottlenecks by working with teams and addressing any queries or doubts.
• Foster teamwork and coordinate among four small teams, each comprising 4-5 individuals:
• On-Site SEO
• Off-Site SEO
• Recruiting
• Finance and Administration
• Assist junior associates and provide support with bottleneck projects.
• Ensure equipment is in working condition and maintain stable internet connectivity for remote work.
• Help teams maintain focus on expansion-related tasks.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in project management. Preferred candidates should have up to 10 years of experience.
• A keen sense of organization, with good documentation skills
• Tools Smartsheet, Excel, Teamwork, and Asana
• Technical skills, with an eagerness to learn any new tools or systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exhibited behaviors of honesty, integrity, accountability, and fairness.
• Team player who will seek help from colleagues when confronting bottlenecks in bringing solutions.
• People with experience in the fields of Marketing or Finance are preferred

Work Schedule

• Must be available to work from 7 AM to 4 PM Eastern Time.
• Comfortable working an evening shift as required.
