Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized General Virtual Assistant (VA) to provide administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and proficiency in various digital tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Manage emails, calendars, and appointments, including scheduling and reminders
  • Data Entry & Organization: Maintain records, update databases, and manage spreadsheets
  • Customer Service: Respond to emails, inquiries, and chat messages professionally
  • Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and monitor posts across social media platforms
  • Research & Reporting: Conduct market research, compile reports, and summarize findings
  • Document Preparation: Draft emails, reports, presentations, and other business documents
  • Travel Arrangements: Book flights, accommodations, and transportation
  • E-commerce Support (if applicable): Assist with order processing, customer support, and inventory tracking
  • Basic Bookkeeping: Track expenses, issue invoices, and assist with financial records

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Trello, Asana, or ClickUp is a plus
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and scheduling tools
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service or executive assistance
