About the Role:
We’re seeking a skilled Paid Media Buyer who can make an immediate impact within their growing organization. This role offers significant opportunity for advancement, with successful candidates having a clear path to leading their own team of media buyers. You’ll be managing and optimizing campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients while working in a flexible, supportive environment.
Compensation:
£10,000 – £14,000 ($12,500 – $17,500 USD) per year

Responsibilities:
- Set Up & Launch Campaigns: Execute Google and Meta ad campaigns based on the strategic plans provided by the Managing Director. As your responsibilities grow, you will have the opportunity to create your own plans.
- Manage Performance: Monitor and optimize 20+ accounts to meet client goals.
- Track & Report Results: Generate detailed weekly reports on key metrics and insights.
- Collaborate: Participate in weekly calls to align strategies with the Managing Director or Account Manager.
- Design Creatives: Create assets using Canva as needed.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance lead quality and campaign results.
Requirements:
- 1+ year experience managing Google and Meta ads.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
- Proficiency with Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
- Ability to use Slack for team communication and collaboration.
- High-level conversational English.
- Reliable internet connection.
Nice-to-Have:
- Ad agency experience.
- Managed 1 or more direct reports.
- Experience with Shopping and Performance Max campaigns.
- Ability to set up tracking on WordPress, Shopify, or GoHighLevel.
- Familiarity with Looker Studio and GoHighLevel.
- Canva skills for display ad creatives.
