Due to a series of recent client wins, we are expanding our media team and are looking for a talented Paid Media Executive to join us remotely from South Africa. Role Overview As a Paid Media Executive, you will play a vital role in running biddable paid media campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, and (ideally) Programmatic platforms. You will take ownership of campaign implementation, optimisation, and reporting, ensuring client objectives are exceeded. The role also includes opportunities to present campaign performance and insights directly to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and optimise Paid Search, Paid Social, and (if applicable) Programmatic campaigns.
  • Ad Operations: Oversee full adops responsibilities including set-up, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Performance Optimisation: Test and refine campaigns to improve KPIs, ensuring maximum ROI for clients.
  • Client Interaction: Present campaign results, insights, and recommendations to clients in an articulate and confident manner.
  • Performance Reporting: Generate regular performance reports using data-driven insights to demonstrate value and inform strategic decisions.
  • Innovation and Testing: Drive testing and optimisation initiatives across campaigns to enhance performance and efficiency.

Skills and Experience

  • Essential:
  • At least 1-2 years of experience managing Paid Search and/or Paid Social campaigns.
  • Proficiency in platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience using Google Analytics and other measurement tools.
  • Ability to implement and optimise campaigns to meet performance goals.
  • Confidence in presenting results and insights to clients.
  • Desirable:
  • Experience with Programmatic advertising platforms.
  • Understanding of tracking tools, tagging, and ad verification technologies.
  • Experience with GTM (Google Tag Manager).
  • Experience with AI tools and technologies.
  • Google Ads or Meta certifications.
