Due to our recent growth, we are excited to add an Outbound Sales Representative to our dynamic team. This role is crucial in driving our mission forward by reaching out to property owners and setting appointments to discuss potential deductions.

Position Overview:
As an Outbound Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to connect with property owners, find out it they qualify to take advantage of cost segregation and educate them cost segregation regarding their properties. You will focus on high-volume outreach, with a strong emphasis on setting appointments and achieving sales targets. We provide comprehensive training and are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and excel in a sales-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to property owners to introduce and explain cost segregation (tax) opportunities.
  • Set up appointments for our team to provide detailed consultations cost segregation.
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and follow-ups using our CRM system.
  • Develop and refine scripts and strategies to effectively communicate the benefits of our services.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a consistent and effective outreach strategy.
  • Continuously update your knowledge on tax credit programs and financial concepts to better assist clients.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a sales role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Experience in finance or tax-related fields is a significant plus.
  • Software: Proficiency in Excel/Google Workbooks and CRM systems
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex financial concepts in an understandable manner.
    • Demonstrated ability to handle high call volumes and effectively set appointments.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and managing sales pipelines.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Training: We provide comprehensive training for all new hires, so a willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
  • Internet Access: Must have access to high quality internet to conduct calls.
