Working with a team of over 100+ professionals from around the globe, you’ll have the tools, training, and support to excel in this exciting role.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Lead Generation: Contact potential clients via outbound calls to introduce Pearl Lemon’s services and generate interest.
• Script Adaptation: Use provided scripts and personalize conversations to resonate with each lead.
• Qualify Leads: Assess potential clients’ needs to determine their fit for our services.
• Schedule Appointments: Book qualified leads for follow-up calls or meetings with the sales team.
• CRM Management: Log calls, notes, and outcomes into the CRM accurately and consistently.
• Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-up calls or emails to nurture leads.
• Feedback Loop: Provide insights and feedback to the team to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.

• Experience:
• 1+ years of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or cold calling.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Skills:
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Strong objection-handling and persuasion abilities.
• Confidence in talking to business decision-makers.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and data entry.
• Attributes:
• Resilience and ability to handle rejection while staying motivated.
• A results-driven mindset with a hunger for success.
• Organizational skills to manage call schedules and follow-ups effectively.
• Tech-Savviness:
• Comfortable using phone systems, dialing tools, and CRM software.
• Proficiency in email and basic reporting tools.
